- The quality of water used in brewing tea is important. Use spring or purified water for the best tasting tea.
- Never use boiling water to brew green teas, as it will make the tea bitter.
- Do use boiling water with black teas.
- Use a tea basket for easy brewing of premium teas. Our tea baskets allow plenty of room for the tea leaves to open and release their aromatic and flavorful components, and the tea basket is flavor neutral. After the tea has steeped, remove the basket to stop the brewing process. Steeping guidelines are included with each tea.
