This Chuang Couch is an example of the finest Antique Chinese Furniture ever made. Regardless of age, origin or wood, the couch is very fine indeed. This is not your typical export style furniture. Actually, all of the discussions about these matters are a waste of time. The buck stops here! The only subject that is necessary, is beauty. Of course, this is totally subjective. It is extremely rare. The carving is very sophisticated. All manner of symbols are carved into the intricate interwoven patterns. A true celebration of the carvers art.
